**Title**:Health Benefits Assessor
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours/week (Monday - Friday)
**Location**: Alberni Office, West Vancouver B.C. - Hybrid (minimum 50% in-office)
**Bargaining Unit**: PSAC (Public Service Alliance of Canada)

**About the role**
As the Health Benefits Assessor, you will review, assess, and adjudicate First Nations Health Benefit requests. As such, you will work to process payments, client reimbursements, and provide program information to key stakeholders.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Grade 12, including completion of one year of post-secondary education, plus one (1) year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Ability to provide information and advice directly to clients and providers.
- Knowledge of data entry, manipulation, and retrieval techniques using a variety of automated systems and software.

**As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.**
