**Title**: Reporting Analyst
**Salary**: $72,841 - $86,499 - $100,156 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: 2-Year Term role
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).

**About the role**
As Reporting Analyst, you will work with a variety of data sources to create reports and dashboards, and to perform required data analysis. The Reporting Analyst utilizes a combination of analytical, reporting, and data visualization tools to present data and analytic findings in a meaningful way to support the development and evaluation of strategies, policies, and procedures in Health Benefits. The role also analyzes and documents business processes and workflows to ensure that data is interpreted correctly.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- University degree or Diploma in Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Recent and relevant experience in data analysis, manipulation and interpretation, preferably in the health sector (usually associated with 4-6 years of experience)
- Experience analyzing financial data and mastery in MS Excel; able to perform pivot tables, pivot charts, and advanced functions in MS Excel
- Professional experience working with any three of the following: Tableau, SQL, R, Alteryx, SPSS, and SAS
- Experience working with office productivity software (Microsoft Office suite of products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Access)

You may have experience in;
- Knowledge of First Nations communities in BC, including culture, political structures and environment is an asset
- Knowledge of the BC health care system is an asset
- Knowledge of First Nations health: current issues and initiatives, is an asset
- Knowledge of the First Nations Health Benefit Program is an asset

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
