The HR Advisory Services team includes HR Business Partner services and labour relations, along with organizational design, leadership coaching, talent management, progressive discipline & termination support, workforce planning, dispute resolution, and respectful workplace investigations (including but not limited to bullying, harassment, violence, and racism).

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- CHRP designation considered an asset.
- Advanced knowledge of the concepts, practices, methods and techniques pertaining to the human resources field, including knowledge of specialized disciplines, such as employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, learning & development, and organizational culture.
- Models a commitment to service and being a strategic HR business partner within a complex organization.
- An accomplished communicator and active listener with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence within a collaborative framework.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to mentor and coach to ensure success in the workplace.
- Solid leadership skills to take the lead on projects and assignments to address clients’ HR requirements
- Ability and willingness to perform all regular job duties and responsibilities through an Indigenous lens, with specific consideration given to cultural safety and humility.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
