As a **boutique international HR consulting** firm, iDriveCareer (iDC) is founded in 2018 and has been providing **premium career planning & coaching services** to overseas Asian students and young professionals in Canada and Asia. As a start-up HR consulting firm, we’ve established strong track record and branding over the past few years. We pride ourselves on our consulting expertise in career planning, career coaching and talent development related to dynamic industries in North America and Asia, such as Financial Services, Consulting, High-Technology, Health Care and CPG industries. We believe our mission to inspire and help young generations to find out their passion and pursue fulfilling career goals.

**Major Responsibilities**

**1. Career coaching & training development (30%)**
- Provide on-going group or 1:1 coaching to clients including industry insights sharing, resume writing, interview skills & networking (including mock interviews and case studies)
- Provide career counsel on **renewal members** on determining next career objectives/career paths and how to achieve continuous career advancement (e.g., effective business communication, skills upgrade, networking and relationship management)
- Identify training needs, design and organize various online/offline training seminars and workshops, including hosting meetings, drafting PPT, facilitating communications with trainers, evaluating training sessions and providing feedbacks to trainers.
- Create 101 e-learning contents for e-learning platforms

**2. Business Operations & Team Management (30%)**
- Manage and motivate **full-time/part-time iDC Staff and mentors** to ensure the successful delivery of wholistic career coaching process and to ensure smooth daily operations
- Lead iDC engagement and collaborate with other stakeholders to brainstorm, develop action plans and execute the action plans in the iDC community (e.g., Mentor Assistants/Ambassadors, School Associations, Business Partners, Project Manager, Marketing/Sales/Customer Services)

**3. Marketing, Sales & Business Development (40%)**
- Proactively handle inquiries from potential clients by understanding needs and assessing concerns/ interests, and providing solutions to potential new clients
- Organize offline and online marketing activities through universities to attract potential clients
- Participate in and engage existing and new clients on social media platforms to produce contents and enhance branding (through XiaoHongShu and WeChat Channels/微信视频号)
- Liaise with partners (e.g., school associations, education and immigration agencies, professional associations, staffing agencies) to support business partnership, promotion and event planning
- Work alongside with iDC Founder & other Management to identity new marketing/sales opportunities, and support to develop new products to meet clients’ needs in Canada and Asia

**Qualification Requirements**

1. **7+ years of experience** in Human Resources Management, Sales Management, Business Management and/or project management areas of HR, consulting or financial field.

2. Solid experience and knowledge of consulting, career coaching and social media operations.

3. Undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, Business, Economics or Management.

4. **Excellent entrepreneurship, leadership**,relationship management, communication, interpersonal, risk-taking and decision-making skills.

5. Energetic, organized, detail-oriented with strong **service mind-set, result-orientation, work ethics** and **can-do attitude;** demonstrated self-starter, quick learner and problem-solver.

6. **Flexibility for different working shifts and working on weekends. **Intermediate level of Excel (PivotTable), PowerPoint & Word; **fluency in Mandarin** is a must.
