**Position Summary**:
The Team Lead - Reintegration Services plays a crucial role within the Community Safety and Well-being (CSWB) division of EJHS, overseeing the organization's community reintegration programs. This position involves managing various programs, including collaborative initiatives with Edmonton Police Service and Provincial Correctional Facilities. Working in tandem with colleagues on the CSWB team and establishing partnerships with agencies such as Edmonton Police, correctional facilities, Probation, and various community organizations, the Team Lead is instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of these programs. This includes providing direct supervision to staff and actively engaging with the community to ensure the success of reintegration efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
Under the direction of the Manager, Community Safety and Well-being, the Team Lead will be responsible for:

- Professional representation of the EJHS agency and program in professional settings
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential partners/collaborators
- Participate in the development and implementation of Community Safety and Well-being programs
- Participate in the development and implementation of agency strategic direction through the contribution of innovative ideas, concepts and goals
- Supervision of program staff and volunteers
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and databases
- Assist with the completion of funder reports and proposals within the required timelines
- Ensure expenditures are made within the limits of established program budgets
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and compliance of program-level policies
- Ensure effective recruitment, retention and termination of program staff
- Review and approve monthly time balances and semi-monthly payroll for staff
- Support EJHS CARF accreditation process and standards

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Degree or Diploma in Human Services or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience with program oversight and supervising front-line employees
- 4+ years of experience working with individuals navigating the criminal justice system
- A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of above
- Proven ability to provide leadership, and direction, and establish a positive culture for a team
- Proven ability to maintain composure and effectively manage crisis situations
- Competency in current evidence-based practices in relation to the applicable scope of work, mental health, and addictions
- Innovative, self-motivated and inclined to go above and beyond
- General computer and database knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Webex)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Criminal Record check and Child Intervention Record Check
- Valid Class 5 License and $2 million liability insurance for occasional business use of vehicle

**Conditions of Employment**:

- This position is located at Transition Place, 101, 10010 105 Street, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday with some evening and weekend availability to assist with client emergency situations.

**Salary**:
The salary range for this position is $61,000 to $75,000 annually.
