**Office Location**:

- Carecor Toronto Branch Office - 415 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON
- Remote work and Office Work: expected to do both as needed

**Job Status**:

- Full-Time, Permanent

**Reports to**:

- Staffing Office Supervisor

**Schedule/Hours Information**:

- Business hours of Carecor Scheduling Office are 5am to 12 midnight, 7 days per week including statutory holidays
- Current Shift We are looking to fill:

- Sunday to Thursday, alternating weekly with Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7am to 3pm
- How Far in Advance is the Schedule posted: Monthly on the 1st of the month

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for calling the timecards throughout the week and to work with the Staffing Supervisors to finalize the timecards for the weekly pay run
- Follow up with facilities and healthcare providers on invoice inquiries in response to timecard processing
- Responsible for booking healthcare providers for facility training in collaboration with Healthcare Staff Supervisor
- Must be proficient in working with computers, managing spreadsheet for organizing the facility training for healthcare facilities
- Ability to enter data into electronic scheduling system and documenting all transactions
- Attention to detail and handling tasks that are time sensitive and that require immediate follow up
- Entering facility requests, entering availability of healthcare providers, as needed by Scheduling Coordinators

Job Qualification

**Minimum Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Administrative Assistant, Medical Terminology
- Experience in a healthcare setting an asset

**Requirements**:

- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
