**ABOUT YOU**

As our next **Marketing and Admin Lead**, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Nautical Crime Investigation Services (NCIS). You will take ownership and support on diverse business fronts including marketing, administration, business development and finance. You are a self-starter, innovative, have strong attention to detail and are ready for an exciting new journey to represent our brand, optimize and streamline day-to-day processes and inspire success and growth

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**

**Marketing**
- Develop and drive strategic business development and marketing plans to deliver products and services.
- Design visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content, to effectively communicate our brand message.
- Manage and update content on our website and social media platforms to ensure alignment with our brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and market presence.

**Administration**
- Manage administrative functions, including office operations, procurement, vendor management, and facilities maintenance.
- Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes to streamline operations and improve organizational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

**Business Development**
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, cultivate client relationships, and drive business growth.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- You possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations or any related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience leading on the marketing, administration, operations, and finance front of a business.
- Technically versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), digital marketing platforms, and analytical tools.
- A **creative mind and eye **coupled with excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
- **You're organized, successfully manage multiple projects at a given time, and thrive in fast-paced work environments.**:

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
