Marketing Admin Assistant

REW is looking for a quick-thinking Marketing Admin Assistant to join our high tech, high performing team, by providing expertise and support to our fast-paced Corporate Marketing team. This role generates marketing reports and documentation, organizes corporate travel/events, and provides general support to the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organizes and executes event logistics as directed by Head of Marketing
- Liaises with internal and external partners to plan and execute events.
- Assists in the development and management of event budgets, including the organization of finance records and invoices.
- Supports the Head of Marketing in identifying target clients, establishing target outcomes, and promoting current events.
- Develops a network of suppliers for events (e.g. catering, printing) and maintains these relationships.
- Master of spreadsheets - excel and google sheets
- Prepare various marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Create and maintain documentation as required by other team members.
- Update and maintain electronic databases.
- Prepare and send out outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Manage deadlines / marketing calendar
**Qualifications that will help to have for this role**:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Spreadsheet savvy (excel and google sheets)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Social media management experience is a plus

The marketing admin assistant will be relied on to respond promptly and accurately to requests, keep internal customers up-to-date and informed on activities, and share concerns or opportunities for improvement.
