**Job Description & Key responsibilities**:
The Accounts Assistant will help with year-end activities

Specific responsibilities include:

- Accounts Payable and invoice entry
- Accounts Receivable and Cash Management
- Account reconciliation
- Expense Reports
- Prepare ad-hoc reports.

**Skills & Qualification**

**Competencies**:

- Proficient computer skills;
- Basic/Intermediate Excel user
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..

**Salary**: $22 an hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month
