This position is responsible for posting cash receipts and adjustments, following up and collections of assigned accounts receivables, and interacting with our internal departments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Track and monitor outstanding invoices and past due accounts
- Initiate communication with customers to resolve past-due account balances
- Identify high-risk accounts and notify management
- Prepare Weekly Accounts Receivable Report

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXEPERIENCE**
- Accounting Diploma
- North American Credit/Collections/Accounts Receivable Experience in manufacturing (minimum one to 2 years)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant North American accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills required, proficient in the Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and phone)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
