Ahoy We are looking for cheerful and seaworthy individuals to join our Hospitality Team on The Edmonton Riverboat
The Hospitality Team will help create memorable experiences for our guests. Through scenic sails, buffet dinners, or private events. We are hiring an outstanding crew to help deliver memorable experiences for our guests.
We are looking for a mix of part time and full time team members to join our crew and start sailing by the end of May.
Positions include: Bartenders, Porters, Guest Specialists, Bussers and more.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious drinks to our guests while providing exceptional customer service. Your friendly demeanor and positive attitude will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere on board, making sure our guests have a "boat"-iful time
As a Porter or Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations. Your attention to detail and willingness to assist wherever needed will help create a memorable experience for our guests. Your dedication will keep things "afloat"
As a Guest Specialist, you will be the friendly face that welcomes our guests aboard by checking tickets and navigating any questions our guests may have. You'll be the 'anchor' of our customer service experience.
What we are looking for?
- Must be 18 or older
- Customer Service Experience
- Have ProServe (or be willing to obtain it)
- Weekend Availability - both Saturday AND Sunday
- Safety Conscious and Detail Oriented
- Great Decision Making Skills
- Quick thinking and Confident
- 100% Trustworthy and Reliable
- Can easily get to our location (free parking, on a bus and LRT route)
This is a seasonal position that will run until Mid-September.
