Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at ILIYAN HOSPITALITY INC. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner, and ensure that all guest needs are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: Repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
