Job Summary

Winfire Hospitality is seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions and maintaining the integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Room Assignments

Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Reservation Management

Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, ensuring that all changes are accurately reflected in our system.

  • Guest Services

Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.

  • Departure Processing

Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Financial Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure the accuracy of our financial records.

  • Inventory Management

Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure that our hotel is running efficiently.

  • Emergency Procedures

Follow emergency and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.

  • Clerical Duties

Perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying as needed.

  • Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in multi-line switchboard, word processing software, and spreadsheet software.

  • Security and Safety

Bondable and able to follow security and safety procedures.

  • Transportation and Travel

Able to provide information on public transportation options and travel information.

  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Personal Suitability

Excellent client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, reliability, and team player.

  • Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.

  • Financial Benefits
