**Job Description** NAPA Halifax, NS is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist**

This position pays starting from $21 per hour (depending on applicable experience) + benefits, paid time off, and awesome discount on parts and many other great benefits

NAPA in-store team members take pride in providing excellent customer service and they have strong knowledge of car parts. They offer advice, support our operations, and allow us to provide our customers with everything they need.

In this key role, you will:

- Establish contact and build relationships with current external suppliers
- Research and identify potential new supply partners to improve customer service, pricing, and product offering
- Manage multiple facets of the business simultaneously including RFOs, PO management, back-order management and on time delivery KPIs

- Excellent communication skills and aptitude for sales
- Time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple facets of the business simultaneously including RFQs, PO management, back-order management and on time delivery KPIs
- Good priority management and listening skills

- Respond to any complaints and inquiries quickly, efficiently and effectively
- People orientated and understand the importance of building rapport
- The ability to work independently will be critical to the success of this role
