**Your Role**:

True North Mortgage is experiencing record growth and we are looking for an Office Administrator who is organized, a good communicator who loves problem solving. This position is great for someone who has strong customer service experience and is wanting to work in an office environment for the first time.

**The Job**:
- Manage the front of the office. Greet our employees as they arrive for the day, receive couriers, arrange shipping, and distribute the mail.
- Welcome our visitors and ensure our employees know when their scheduled appointment has arrived.
- Parties... Must love planning parties and surprising people with your creativity and thoughtfulness.
- Eye for detail, hyper organized and experience creating and editing presentations.
- Order office supplies as well as track and order inventory.
- Comfortable with performing predictable daily tasks and able to pivot when dealing with last minute urgent requests.
- Organize the Kitchen and order coffee/supplies, run the dishwasher, order catering, and set up for special events and celebrations.
- Arrange custom gifts for clients, new hires, and special occasions for our employees.
- Request building services (recycling, lighting, heat/cooling).
- Book appointments and make reservations.
- PlantsWe LOVE plants. Help keep them watered, look after them when our employees are on vacation, order new plants for our new hires.
- Opportunity to work on special projects for our Sales, HR, and Training & Development teams.
- A Curiosity and desire to solve problems.
**Nice to Haves**:
- Post-Secondary Graduate with a focus on Business, Marketing or Communications.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note.
- Customer Service experience and an interest in the mortgage and finance industry
- Open and Willing to learn, suggest improvements, streamline and cerate efficiencies that will better this position.
