**About the Role**

You’ll work with all of Peloton’s team. You are the key source of information for team members, e.g., providing new or critical information, offering suggestions to streamline or further utilize Peloton’s payments platform, and assisting with the development of training material for clients. In addition, you’ll ensure both back-office procedures and monthly reconciliations are completed efficiently and accurately_._

**Need to Haves**:
You have a diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent) and 3+ years experience in roles with similar responsibilities or where transferable skills were utilized:

- In customer service
- In a payments or financial environment, e.g., bankingor in credit card and pre-authorized debit and credit processing environments
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks and Xero (experience with other accounting software, e.g., Simply Accounting, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle JDE is an asset)
- With accounts payable/accounts receivable
- With taxation mechanisms in different jurisdictions
- You also:_
- Can work **remotely** Monday to Friday during business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (typically 9:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.) with some flexibility
- Understand payments including common payment methods (credit card, electronic funds transfers, bill payments) and the properties unique to each payment mechanism
- Understand the associated rules and regulations such as PCI compliance and CPA rules
- Have a working knowledge of
- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Accounting Standards
- Applicable legislation and familiarity with different jurisdictions’ taxation mechanisms
- Can maintain the highest degree of confidentiality
- Can track multiple priorities and issues simultaneously
- Nice to haves:_
- Fluent in French language (speaking, reading, and writing)
