**Responsibility**

Respond to customer inquiries to achieve sales targets while providing superior customer service.

**What You Will be Doing**
- Answer calls in timely, courteous and professional manner
- Enforce active selling skills to close a sale
- Process bookings with accuracy and detail
- Consistently meet individual performance targets
- Stays current on products, services, promotions, procedures and technology
- Identify and solve challenges
- All other related tasks as required

**Specialized Knowledge, Skills, Attributes Required**
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in French and English (an asset)
- Professionalism and patience
- Organizational skills
- Team player but able to work autonomously
- Excellent selling skills and results driven
- General knowledge in geography
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, Sabre) and ability to learn new software
- Team player

**Education**
- Travel/Tourism school diploma or equivalent related travel industry experience
- 1-3 years on-the-job experience and/or performing similar duties required
- OPC

**Working Conditions**
- Call centre environment - home based
- Rotating shift work (shift rotation include days, evenings, and weekends)

**Responsabilités**
- Répondre aux appels de manière opportune, courtoise et professionnelle.
- Appliquer des techniques de vente active pour conclure une vente.
- Traiter les réservations avec précision et minutie.
- Atteindre constamment les objectifs de rendement individuel.
- Se tenir au courant des produits, services, promotions, procédures et technologies.
- Identifier et résoudre les problems.
- Toutes les autres tâches connexes, selon les besoins.

**Connaissances spécialisées, compétences et attributs requis**
- Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
- Excellentes aptitudes au service à la clientèle et aux relations interpersonnelles.
- Bilingue en français et en anglais (un atout).
- Professionnalisme et patience.
- Sens de l'organisation.
- Esprit d'équipe mais capable de travailler de façon autonome.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la vente et orientation vers les résultats.
- Connaissance générale de la géographie.
- Connaissances informatiques (MS Office, Sabre) et capacité à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels.
- Esprit d'équipe.

**Qualifications scolaires et expérience**
- Diplôme obtenu d’une école de tourisme ou expérience équivalente au niveau de l’industrie du voyage
- Certification de l’OPC
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en milieu de travail et/ou dans l'exercice de fonctions similaires requis

**Conditions de travail**
- Environnement de centre d'appels - à domicile
- Travail par rotations (la rotation des quarts de travail comprend les jours, les soirs et les fins de semaine).
