Client Success Manager

Square Route Coffee Company is a dynamic and innovative coffee roastery located in Leduc. We are passionate about providing the highest quality coffee beans sourced from around the world and delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Success Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client orders, shipments, and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client engagement and revenue.
- Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, implementing strategies for continuous improvement and retention.
- Analyze client data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or account management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
