**About the Role**:
Token Naturals is looking for a B2B Client Success Associate. The role consists of maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, whilst establishing and building new partnerships within defined areas.

This role is a temporary position for 3 months with possibility of extension.

**As a B2B Client Success Associate you will.**
- Learn the Token business and build a strong rapport with team members.
- Model and champion Token Naturals core values.
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the B2B sales department.
- Optimize the data filing of the B2B department.
- Build upon and optimize the B2B filing systems and operations flow.
- Stay current on the data and filing needs of the B2B department, add and subtract process as Token grows and develops as a company.
- Be accountable for customer mix management, nurturing key accounts, identifying new potential customers that meet our strategic criteria and ensuring sales and revenue targets are achieved.
- Take ownership of Key Account Relationships and develop action plans in support of appropriate account strategy relative to their customer type.
- Champion customer service excellence at all levels of the team.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention levels.
- Source and meet with prospects and take pride in earning their trust and their business.
- Collaborate to provide guidance on items of greater strategic importance, without heavy-handedness in day-to-day business.
- Lead, coach and motivate team to achieve pre-established goals.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of competitors and opportunities in the marketplace.
- Create a safe environment for the discussion and resolution of values-related issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with other functional areas to increase consistency, productivity and enhance outputs.
- Own product development life cycle with B2B partners.
- Cross team coordination of product development/output
- Work with client to establish pricing/quantity/timeline.
- Offer product calls to B2B clients, manage information gathering including Regulations and QA
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**You would be the best fit for this role if you have**
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales or new account sales with a proven track record of success
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMs), and seed to sale software.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Cannabis industry.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to demonstrate software usage.
