- Experience with Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing Customers.
- Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.

- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
- Excellent file management skills, both electronic and hard copy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience in team management is a plus
- Knowledge of payroll processes is an absolute must.
