**Office Administrator**:
- (Blend role with HR, Health and Safety and Administrative/Accounting)
Located in West Edmonton
This role will be integral to this small office and offer a blend of responsibilities within a manufacturing/warehouse setting. You're used to working in a fast environment within a _small tight-knit organization. _You're used to wearing many hats in a support role and enjoy having a variety of duties in your role.
**What you'll do**:
- Work with a variety of internal teams in a supportive role and administrative
- Administrative; document creation, tracking and logging information, creating presentations and assist with meetings, event planning, ordering supplies, tracking inventory, courier, deliveries, manage calendars, phone system and any purchasing for the office
- Manage contractors and janitorial services
- Supports Accounting team with AP, AR and payroll
- Health and Safety program; monitors meetings, updating documentation, audits and compliance issues
- HR; tracks and documents all HR policies, procedures, files, WCB documentation, support payroll processes, coordinates with benefits provider and documents any updates in employee files
**What you'll bring**:
- 5 years of administrative and a minimum of 2 years experience in a multifaceted role (HR, H & S, Accounting and Administrative would be great)
- Excellent communication skills, strong computer MS Office computer usage
- Post-secondary education in business, HR or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and adapt easily during changing times or tight deadlines
- Personable, team player who is approachable and an independent worker
- Must have your own mode of transport to work
