**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our office operations. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment and providing administrative support to various departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming calls
- Supervise clerical staff and provide guidance on tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records
- Maintain phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in team management and supervising roles
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in file management and organization
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial record keeping
- Familiarity with human resources practices
- Experience in payroll administration
- Ability to operate phone systems effectively
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate internal and external interactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
