**Passionate about International Trade and especially Export Logistics Operations? We have an Export Coordinator position to offer you**

In this position, you will coordinate activities related to export shipments and ensure timely and efficient delivery of service.

Your day-to-day:

- Maintain and create standard operating procedures for customers, and keep information into the system up to date.
- Coordinate sea and air freight export shipments.
- Negotiate rates with carriers.
- Verify costs, documentation, data entered into the system
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, or agents
- Ensure the departure of shipments and follow up.

What would you bring:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge in air and ocean shipments.
- Abilities to organize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Abilities to build strong business relationships.
- Good communication skills in French and English;
- Knowledge of Cargo Wise an asset.

Dans ce poste, vous coordonnerez les activités liées aux expéditions d'exportation et assurerez une prestation de service rapide et efficace.Votre quotidien:

- Maintenir et créer des procédures d'exploitation standard pour les clients et tenir à jour les informations dans le système.
- Coordonner les expéditions de fret maritime et aérien à l'exportation. Négocier les tarifs avec les transporteurs.
- Vérifier les coûts, la documentation, les données saisies dans le système.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les fournisseurs, les clients ou les agents.
- Assurer le départ des expéditions et en assurer le suivi.

Qu'apportez-vous:

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Solide connaissance des expéditions aériennes et maritimes.
- Capacités d'organisation et de multitâche dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Capacités à établir de solides relations d'affaires.
- Bonnes compétences en communication en français et en anglais;
- Connaissance de Cargo Wise, un atout.
