Wages will be commensurate with qualifications and experience

**Parts & Service**
- Find solutions for outstanding invoices
- Unlock R/O and S/O
- Balance cash box and visa machines
- Post-inter-branch for Service; deal with inter-branches (only) problems
- Do receive for Parts & Service
- Customer special pricing; renew & delete customer special pricing
- Inventory adjustments
- Post extra parts that were shipped but not ordered
- Return to vendors for short shipments
- Warranty claims to the manufacturer
- Call on backorders
- Mailing invoices
- Service follow up
- Service truck billing
- Filling work orders & safety; CVIP data entry
- Fix posting errors by Shipping & Receiving
- Review Account 100 statements each month
- Help answer phones & transfer when necessary
- rings 3 times

**Administration**
- Filing - PO’s, Invoices, and Delivery sheets
- Receive and sort out mails
- Purchase and ensure availability of office stationery and printer supplies; fill printers: call _InfoLaser _with printer issues
- Manage coveralls (adding and taking away)
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor not far outside my expertise and training

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Associate’s/College degree; BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
