**Inside Sales Representative**

**Reporting to**: Commercial Sales Manager

**Location**: Mississauga

**Hours of Work**: Monday
- Friday, 40-hours/week

**In this position, you will be expected to**:

- increase product utilization with existing customer base
- Outbound, direct sales activities for existing clients, in a multi-province territory
- Focused on growing market-share
- Focused on growing revenue from our existing clients through new product offering & capturing share of wallet
- Help develop, and then achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Complete pipeline tracking and reporting
- Perform other sales-related duties including process and documentation

**What You Offer**:

- Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education and 2 years of successful sales experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Total customer satisfaction attitude
- Knowledge of order entry, tracking and reporting system
- Must be organized and process oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
- HVAC knowledge an asset
