Surrey, Canada Ocean Park Ford Sales Ltd. Full time

Settle and reconcile all till reports from previous day and prepare bank deposit for the day.
- Release all service orders and parts invoices from the previous day.
- Report all new vehicle sales to Ford and claim incentives. Follow up on claims before 90 day period.
- Send New Vehicle Orientation guides to all new customers before end of the month.
- Print and post incentive reports every Monday, holdback statements every month.
- Update all insurances for lease customers and file in lease files.
- Send any ticket violations received to lease customers and follow up.
- Cover reception desk in the morning and coffee breaks.
- Manage/Order all supplies & printing materials
- Prepare lease disposal journal entries
- Process vehicle payouts using online banking tools
- Send chattel requests and deferred payment requests using online banking tools
- End Of Month Duties - commission slips, File all invoices and retail deals in the back filing room.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
