**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Payable Clerk assists with company-wide payable needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and forward-thinking company.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Update and maintain accurate vendor information.
- Obtain proper approval for invoices.
- Enter, code and process vendor and consultant invoices.
- Process cheque runs and EFT payment.
- Support payroll procedure for employee expenses reimbursement.
- Reconcile company credit cards monthly.
- Provide payment report as needed.
- Any other related payable duties as assigned.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
- Two to three years of accounts payable experience preferred
- Excellent proficiency with productivity software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management to function in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with staff at various levels of the organization.

**Compensation**
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skillsets, and qualifications.
