Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours of work: 8:30 am
- 5:00 pm

**A Typical Day for the Administrative Clerk**:

- Ensure authorization and proper documentation is provided for posting invoices
- Complete monthly cheque run
- Support the Accounts Receivable team with collections
- Take account payments and reconcile daily card payment deposits
- Receptionist duties as required

**What You Bring**:

- High School Diploma
- Diploma or Certification in Accounting is an asset
- Basic accounting principles knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
- Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
