Service Appointment Coordinator

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
- Coordinate with clients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Update and maintain client databases with accurate information
- Assist in preparing necessary documentation for appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Assist with processing warranty claims.
- Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software or tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional demeanor
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
