- Pre-move calls to clients
- Preparing moving documents prior to shipments loading
- Verifying move documents after
- Preparing driver statements
- Collection of COD clients
- Answering phone calls
- Answering customer inquiries as needed
- Scanning documents
- Maintaining / organizing fuel statements
- Preparing storage reports
- Assisting dispatch panner
Other duties as assigned. Being a small office, you will be asked to assist in other office departments when needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of High School diploma
- Prefer prior experience in the moving industry
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, presenting)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
