The Position:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Booking tee times
- Handling minor Accounting duties
- Administrative assistance
- Other duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Customer Interaction experience
- Organization skills
- Interpersonal skills, good communication (both written and oral)
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience with Office Suite (word, excel)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Expected start date: immediate until September
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ingersoll, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
