**Position Profile**
Reporting to the SVP, Corporate Services & General Counsel, this role is part of a cross functional team supporting both the Corporate Services and People & Culture functions. The Corporate Services Administrator will primarily be responsible for executing all corporate events and providing general support to the Executive
Team.

**Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
**Event Planning**:

- Assisting the VP, Strategy & People & Culture with coordination of all corporate events from conception to completion, including creation and maintenance of appropriate budgets, curation of food & beverage programs, event communication, feedback loops and responsibility for set up and tear down.
- Associated travel, as required.
- Maintaining event records, inclusive of Dynamics (CRM tool)
- Major Corporate Events Include: Quarter Century Club & 40 Year Breakfast Club; Holiday Party (including Long Service Award Program); Children’s Holiday Party; Outfit Leadership Conference; Eastern Bank Visits; other major one-off events (i.e. Outfit anniversary celebrations)
- Other Corporate Events Include: team offsites, including strategic planning sessions; Stampede events; retirement events; Board Meetings and all other on-site meetings

**People & Culture**:

- Coordination of and administrative support for The Outfit’s Scholarship Program
- Support VP, Strategy & People & Culture with other programming, including Summer Student Program, Engagement Survey and Reporting

**Administrative Support**:

- Providing executive administrative support for Coril Executives (other than Coril’s President & CEO), as needed
- Owning Outfit Calendar of Events
- Serving as back-up executive administrative support for Coril’s President & CEO

**Office Management**:

- Performing general reception duties including coordination of mail flow with the Triovest team, monitoring Coril’s main contact number (and current auto attendant pilot project) and providing access to office visitors
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinating equipment and office maintenance
- Serving as primary point of contact for landlord and vendors

**Health & Safety**:

- Serving on the Fire Warden team and as a member of the Safety Committee
- Working with the Legal Counsel & Corporate Services Associate, maintaining Coril’s health and safety program, including making recommendations for improvement and serving as a main point of contact for office safety and emergency matters

**Records Management**:

- Establishing and maintaining an appropriate records management system for physical office records (both on and offsite)

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
