**Client Support Coordinator - Evenings**
**Oxford Learning Oakville North** is seeking a friendly and hard-working part-time evening coordinator (20+ hours/week, with the potential to become full-time) who is passionate about helping students. This position is a support role for our management and teaching team. This is a very busy and thriving centre, and the right person for this position would do well to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
**Soft Skill Requirements**:
- Unparalleled attention to customer service. This is a primary focus of our centre and critical to our centre’s ongoing success.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt as the evening progresses.
- Excellent initiative. Again, this is a support role, and providing adequate support in this role requires the ability to identify what must or can be done without being prompted.
- A positive attitude The positive, safe and welcoming work culture of this centre has been long-established, and any new staff members must not compromise this.
- Professionalism: We take pride in our centre and the tremendous responsibility of working with students in our community. The utmost professionalism and regard to this great responsibility is necessary.

**Technical Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar certification in a relevant field
- Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
- Teaching certification an asset
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory
**Experience**:
- Teaching/tutoring experience is an asset
- Customer Service experience is an asset
- Experience in an administrative or management role will also be considered
**Position Requirements**:
- Minimum set weekly schedule of Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm - 8:00 pm
- A commitment to one calendar year is preferred, and a commitment until the end of the school year is required
- This is not an online position.
- Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory
**Position Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:
- Greeting students and parents at the door and directing students to their classes
- Occasional teaching online and in-person
- Conducting and marking assessments
- Rescheduling classes
- Answering phone calls
- Reviewing student programs
- Supporting the management team during evening classes
- Supporting the teachers during evening classes
- Following the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
- Filling in post-lesson notes
- Completing daily student communication updates
- Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $18 - $20 / hour
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Thursday evenings
- Saturday morning availability
