Open Position: Office Manager/Accountant
Ectek Building Material Inc is a leading construction materials company in the building industryWe are currently seeking a passionate and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager and Accountant.
We are seeking a self-driven individual who thrives on multitasking and handling a variety of assignments concurrently. As the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations and communications with our clients. This role involves working closely with key executives of the company on a frequent basis. You would provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth and efficient communication across the board, both internally and externally with clients as well as service providers. You will take on real responsibility in managing customer relations and the input/output flow of our operation. Having a flexible and adaptable working schedule is a highly desirable trait for this position.

**Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration**:
- Oversee administrative tasks for daily operations
- Manage customer communication, including orders and deliveries as well as quotations for deliveries
- Utilize order tracking systems to update new orders and future orders for inventory preparation
- Arrange AP updates for all service providers and keep track of incoming and received payments
- Manage inventory of over 12 locations across the USA and Canada
- Update sales forecasts monthly and plan for warehouse inventory restocking
**Accounting**:
- Manage general accounting for companies in Canada and USA, Professional experience with QB and applicable taxation systems in difference states and provinces.
- Oversee AP, AR, bookkeeping, payroll and other finance/accounting-related tasks
- Put together monthly income statements and analyses
- Review use of company assets
- Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
**Marketing Assistance**:
- Assist the sales team in marketing efforts, including increasing general online and social media presence to drive sales
- Prepare and deliver samples and literature upon request.
- **Research construction project data base to identify new contacts of potential customers.**

General knowledge of building science and technology
General knowledge of building materials
Able to perform general project estimation is very helpful.
The ability to read blueprints is very helpful.
Payment varies according to experience and ability.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $53,608.00-$65,000.00 per year
