Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at YWI Alliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our organizational goals.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory management.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Integrity and a team player.
