**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Post monthly journal entries as required.
- Maintain service/parts A/R, co-ordinate with service department and customers to collect A/R.
- Review and assist with schedule preparation for month-end.
- Assist with deal processing.
- Assist with payroll processing as required.
- Assist with month end/quarter end reporting.
- Cross train and offset other Accounting Roles as needed.

**What you will bring with you**:

- Accounting experience, especially in the automotive industry an asset.
- Accounting certificate or experience in a similar role will also be considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities, performing a variety of tasks, and meeting required deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a Team.
- Advanced Computer skills are key, which include MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
