**Your role on our team**: You will manage the accounts receivable for the Minto Furnished Suites that offers fully furnished apartments for short term stays in Ottawa and Toronto while delivering best in class customer service.
**In this role, you will**:

- Manage the accounts receivable for the Minto Furnished Suites that offers fully Furnished apartments for short term stays in Ottawa and Toronto
- Use of the ERP system, Yardi, to record information and perform job activities.
- Prepare monthly invoicing
- Perform move ins and move outs for all guests
- Respond to all guest requests promptly and courteously in a professional manner
- Prepare required receipts for guests
- Perform billing for any guests that shorten or extend their stays
- Prepare required forms and documentation in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act related to claims, collections, evictions, etc.
- Processing of cheque deposits
- Prepare resident accounts receivable reports, outlining and addressing any delinquent and/or past due payments, performs collection efforts on past due accounts.
- Supports team goals, objectives, operations, and strategy for properties outlined by management.
- Liaise with other members of the property operations
- Perform all facets of the job in accordance with the legislation applicable to the jurisdiction, including Health and Safety standards, WHMIS, AODA, PIPEDA and Human Rights.
- Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

**We would like you to have**:
**Education**: A College or University education in a business field would be considered an asset.
**Experience**: A minimum of One (1) year of relevant work experience in a busy client facing environment is required.
**Specialized Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in math

- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
