**Northern Honda** - located in North Bay, ON - is looking to hire a highly productive, customer centric individual with a proven track record for success as an
**Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I).**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time
- Exemplify a professional, friendly and effective manner while providing knowledgeable information to our clients
- Review all documentation pertaining to the sales agreement with every customer to ensure all information is correct
- Process credit approval and discuss with clients
- Maintain a current knowledge of manufacturer products, rebates, financing, leasing and incentive programs.
- Ensure all paperwork for finance and lease deals are accurate and completed in a timely manner with a strong attention to detail
- Explain to clients the manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the financial institutions, manufacturers; sources and manage alternative/competitive interest rates and finance programs
- Comply with all provincial and federal regulations for new and used vehicles and internal accounting department procedures
- Liaise and build strong relationships with all internal departments
- Establish and maintain a program which will ensure 100 percent turnover to the F&I department
- Keep customers and staff updated on the progress of a vehicle delivery.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner, insuring a positive outcome and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing training to the sales team hi-lighting the benefits of financing, insurance and extended service programs
- Other duties as required in Finance and Insurance
- Minimum 2 years previous F&I experience with a proven track record
- OMVIC license
- Post-secondary education or college courses
- A competitive, results oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a strong business acumen
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in SERTI/MERLIN DMS is a definite asset
