Pickering (Head Office), ON
- Complete instrument parts research, ordering, receiving, and follow up
- Complete a variety of internal reports (including, but not limited to, monthly billing reports, regional projections reports, etc.)
- Communicate with staff at other locations on band repair queries
- Answer incoming phone calls from staff and customers
- Assist with shipping and receiving of rental instruments for store locations
- Assist with the management of band repair department inventory
- Keep workspaces clean and organized
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and assist with rectifying any identified issues
- Clean band and orchestral instruments, as required
- Other tasks, as needed
**Job Requirements**
- Proven strong work ethic and commitment
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and steady composure
- Functional knowledge of spreadsheet software (MS Excel)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of band instrument part names is an asset
