IT Administrator

Knowledge:

- Understanding of MS Office 365, Windows OS
- Understanding of Active Directory and Powershell
- Understanding of WMS Systems (would be an asset)
- Understanding of Networking (Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, TCP/IP, Crimping Data Lines)
- Understanding of Thermal Label Printers
- Understanding of PBX/VOIP Technologies
- Understanding of Wireless (RSSI, Access Points)
- Understanding of Computer Hardware (Desktop / Laptop Internal Components)
- Understanding of MS Access / SQL Queries

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
- Maintain all equipment/Software Inventory (software, desktops/laptops, printers, RF / Voice units, scanners, etc)
- Install and configure new PCs and peripheral equipment. Installation of Axis cameras.
- Perform data extraction when required, using SQL/MS Access.
- Manage and support of mobile devices
- Troubleshooting and escalation of support issues. Service Now ticketing system.
- Identifying and troubleshooting network and connectivity problems.
- Performing routine maintenance or standard repairs to networking components and/or equipment
- Perform other duties as required

**Salary**: $43,680.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
