**NOTE: This is a temporary position ending on or before July 12, 2024.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Skills & Abilities**:

- Ability to make sound admission decisions based on program eligibility criteria
- Ability to “think through” applicant issues and be a solution-finder
- Experience with process mapping and creating documentation
- Understanding of curriculum outside of Canada
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Managing admission targets
- Working within critical deadlines and multiple projects at once
- Ability to work within and/or facilitate admissions projects
- Knowledge and ability to interpret FOIP legislation to ensure records and documentation are treated with confidentiality
- Proficient oral and written English communication skills
- Working knowledge in aspects of project management is an asset

**Qualifications**:

- Related diploma with 3 to 5 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 5 to 7 years of related experience.
- Other equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Previous experience in a Registrar’s Office working with a student information system like PeopleSoft Campus Solutions is preferred.

**Remuneration**:$1,981.94 - $2,589.08 bi-weekly, plus a comprehensive benefits package. (Classification - Administrative Support VI).
- This position is covered by the AUPE (Alberta Union of Provincial Employees) Collective Agreement._
