**Position Overview**
As a **Client Growth Specialist**, you will be the driving force behind our client engagement and growth strategy. Your primary focus will be meeting with our existing recurring clients to ensure their satisfaction, introduce them to additional solutions, and identify opportunities to strengthen our relationship. This role blends account management with sales, requiring a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on building trust, uncovering client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You will play a critical role in driving our company’s growth while ensuring our clients receive exceptional value and service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with existing recurring clients to foster relationships and ensure satisfaction with current services.
- **Cross-Selling Opportunities**: Identify and introduce clients to additional solutions, including **records storage and management, scanning services, and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)**.
- **Client Care Calls**: Facilitate conversations to confirm client satisfaction, address any concerns, and demonstrate our commitment to exceptional service.
- **Referral Generation**: Encourage clients to provide referrals by highlighting the value and trustworthiness of our solutions.
- **Market Research**: Gather insights from clients about their operational needs, challenges with current vendors, and interest in additional business solutions.
- **Presentation Excellence**: Deliver polished presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met seamlessly and proactively address any challenges.
**Key Traits & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of proven background in account management or sales, particularly with a focus on cross-selling or upselling services. B2B specific experience preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities, with the confidence to interact with C-level executives.
- **Results-Driven**: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales and growth targets.
- **Presentation Skills**: Proficient in delivering compelling presentations tailored to client needs and concerns.
- **Problem-Solving**: Highly organized with strong time management and analytical skills to address client challenges effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using web-based platforms and technology to enhance client engagement and manage workflows.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
