We are seeking a results-driven Chief Revenue Growth Strategist to join our client's team in the Toronto area. This role requires you to be within a commutable distance to the office, blending remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration.

Our client is a global engagement agency that uses the principles of behavioral economics to produce measurable results for its clients by driving and sustaining engagement with their employees, channel partners, and customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. You will develop strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of clients' pivotal business strategies within assigned accounts. Collaborating with a team of subject matter experts, you will design and implement solutions that drive clients' business objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  2. Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their critical business needs and objectives.
  3. Lead the creation and execution of solutions that align with clients' goals.
  4. Focus on enhancing customer loyalty and executing impactful corporate initiatives.

$120K CAD base salary with significant earning potential through commissions.

Requirements:
  1. At least 8 years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies, with no more than 3 job changes in the last decade.
  2. Proven track record of new business development in marketing solutions or professional services.
  3. Experience closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months).
  4. Four-year college degree preferred.
