(SDGs). We are focused on operationalizing our Impact Framework and reporting upon our progress, learnings and results annually. We are committed to increasing quantification of our results through our impact measurement and management system.

TAS’ Impact Strategy and Measurement (ISM) team is responsible for corporate impact strategy and initiatives as well as setting impact targets and developing tools to support delivery via our real estate projects. We manage TAS’ impact measurement system across corporate and project impact commitments and lead the development and publication of impact reports and updates.

The ISM team is seeking a Manager, Impact Measurement to support the
Director, Impact in driving the achievement of TAS’ impact objectives.

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Three to five years of relevant experience, such as: o Impact Measurement and Management (monitoring and evaluation also considered relevant) o Data Analytics and Quality Control o Statistical Analysis o Social and Environmental Sustainability o Environment, Social and Governance (ESG)
- Knowledge and practical experience working with the following will be considered an asset: o UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) o Impact Management Project (IMP) o IRIS+ o TCFD o PRI o GRESB o Building certifications such as LEED, Zero Carbon Building Standard, WELL, Living Building Challenge
- Post-secondary degree(s) or equivalent experience, with some exposure to data analysis, through courses such as economics, business, finance, science, as well as exposure to real estate, urban planning, geography and/or sustainability considered an asset
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, including report writing, white papers and preparation of presentations
- Ability to document guidelines for implementation of impact objectives
- Data and statistical analysis skills, including ability to conduct key drivers and segmentation analysis of survey data
- Advanced ability in data management, including Excel and data collection, storage and visualization software
- An analytical mindset with demonstrated business acumen
- Entrepreneurial with a high level of integrity, ownership, and accountability, able to operate with a sense of urgency
- Proven ability to work effectively independently and in a team-based environment
- Passionate, with a demonstrated interest in social impact; improving practices and building solutions that will influence the industry for the better

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Impact Measurement Infrastructure: Support the development, adoption and use of our digital impact measurement infrastructure by: o supporting setup of ESG software for data collection and dashboarding o liaising with teams to support project-level data collection o coordinating data collection from building systems, sensors and utility providers data streams o verifying data quality and accuracy o analyzing data to identify key insights and tracking performance against minimum standards and long-term targets
- Impact Measurement Framework: Support creation of impact metric sets when new strategic areas of focus are prioritized by: o developing logic model that quantifies what impact outcomes will be targeted, how these will be pursued and the context in which they will be delivered o referencing the Impact Management Project, IRIS+ and Common

**Approach to Impact Measurement**
- Documenting Impact: Creating materials to share our impact journey with key stakeholders and support our team to implement TAS’ impact objectives, including developing: o Quarterly and annual impact reports o Presentations and decks o Thought leadership whitepapers and articles o Policies and guides o Training and knowledge building
- Research: support the development of surveys and other research methods including stakeholder interviews, focus groups etc. to build an evidence-based approach to community development and support our impact measurement and management for positive social outcomes
- Corporate Governance: support strategy, policy and practice development, data collection and reporting under several corporate governance frameworks including B Corp, PRI and TCFD.
