**Job Title**: Bilingual Technology Recruiter
**Job location**: Montreal, QC

**Job Summary**:
Capgemini is seeking a Talent Acquisition team member that will work directly with our business partners. This position will be working in a fast-paced, exciting technical consulting environment and with some of the brightest and most dedicated technical experts. The technical recruiter will have the opportunity to collaborate with top financial services companies and will be able to try new and innovative things making the role more exciting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act within a full life cycle recruitment opportunity.
- Own the recruitment process from beginning to end.
- Partner with internal business teams to determine the best sourcing and posting strategies to identify top talent for the team.
- Operate with set of SLAs and key performance indicators using the provided resources and tools to successfully meet those goals/objectives.

**Required Skills**:

- Several years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate and/or agency environment.
- Ability to work independently as a Talent Advisor and collaborate as part of a tight knit team.
- Knowledge of compliance and immigration laws/processes is a definite asset.
- Bilingual (French/English) are required.
