**Who You Are**

Rival is on the hunt for a bilingual Customer Success Manager experienced in Insurtech. As a key player in our innovative insurance software company, you’ll lead the charge in ensuring our customers’ success with our new product. Your role will encompass developing and optimizing customer success strategies, leading and developing customer onboarding processes, building strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with our product teams. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and optimize customer success strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
- Lead and develop customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and successful transition to our platform from the outset.
- Respond high level product and functionality questions from customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Identify and pursue upselling and expansion opportunities to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance strategic planning.

**What You’ll Need**
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the software insurance industry.
- Strong project management skills and a knack for building processes from the ground up.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Leading experience or potential to build and lead a high-performing customer success team.
