**Job Overview**:
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our club's success by leading the sales efforts and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, event organizers, local businesses, and influencers to generate event bookings, private parties, and other revenue-generating opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue generation and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential corporate clients, event planners, and business partners to promote our venue for private events and collaborations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and sales presentations to showcase the unique offerings of our nightclub.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, ensuring that our club remains competitive in the marketplace.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events and private parties, exceeding clients' expectations.
- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- A strong network of contacts in the nightlife, corporate events, and entertainment spheres is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A passion for nightlife, music, and entertainment, with a keen understanding of the latest trends and customer preferences.

**Salary**: $4,000.00-$6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M6K 3C3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
