**The Role**:
We are looking for a Logistics Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Commodities Procurement department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all accounts payables, associated processes, and financial reporting for Commodities.

**What you get to do**:

- Manage the processing of Green Coffee Invoices (Product, Proforma & Final) and other miscellaneous invoice payments.
- Perform AP activities such as invoice adjustments, liaise with vendors to cancel incorrect invoices, and following up on disputed invoices.
- Respond to Vendor Audit Requests.
- Keep track of the transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Manage month end inventory reports and assist with month-end-closing.
- Collaborate closely with 3PL warehouse and Logistics teams.
- Prepared key documents for internal/external audits.
- Close inactive vendor and employee accounts.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and customer inquiries in a professional manner.

**What you bring to the role**:

- University degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- 3-5 years of accounts payable experience in logistics or commodities, preferably in a CPG or food manufacturing company.
- Completion of an Accounting designation would be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, MS Excel and Word.
- Experience with using iRely / AX or AX 365.
- Knowledge of Logistic Incoterms.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team, prioritize work, and adjust priorities as needed.
- Flexibility and adaptable to change.
