**About Us**: Masterfeeds Inc. is a well-established manufacturing company in London, ON, known for our commitment to quality and innovation in the animal nutrition industry. This opportunity offers part time hours, providing the autonomy you’ve been looking for. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Part Time, Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable and Receptionist to join our team.
As being the first-person people see, you are a pivotal asset to our company. This part-time role involves providing efficient administrative support to our organization, as well as performing reception duties. The working hours will be within the 10 am to 2 pm window from Monday to Friday, with potential for flexibility within the standard workday.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Invoice coding and process expense reports.
- Lead the in-house organizational activities and programs.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, memos, invoices, expense reports and other documents for the accounts payable department
- Receiving and sending out mail and packages.
- Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Supporting other staff with organizational tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Is confident working in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills - positive and professional
- Brings experience in an administrative role, receptionist or accounts payable
**Work Environment**:
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as: computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machine, and postage machine.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of a typical office environment
- sitting/standing and light lifting.
