Reporting to the Director, Digital, the Digital Product Manager, is responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our digital banking products and services. The role guides the development and evolution of our digital banking platform in a way that integrates values based banking in every aspect of our business, creates a digital-first member experience across all channels making it easy to do business with us, and maximizes social impact and financial performance. Leading by example, the Digital Product Manager will integrate ACU’s commitment to values-based banking and triple bottom line accountability into all decisions and actions.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead the digital banking roadmap working closely with strategic partners to understand their objectives, define scope for new features and ongoing feature enhancements, including management of a prioritized backlog
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring team delivery commitments are successfully met at each stage along the way
- Maintain a holistic view of the digital banking ecosystem while balancing short term needs with long-term direction.
- Work with our internal teams, partners and stakeholders across risk, operations, contact center and other teams to ensure products are built to spec
- Write product requirements and lead user story development sessions in a cross-functional setting
- Lead coordination of user acceptance testing on products and new features, working with technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues
- Accountable for product launch and rollout activities collaborating with cross functional teams including marketing and internal communications while ensuring operational readiness
- Lead cross functional teams through the change management lifecycle including enhancements, implementations, upgrades and maintenance of digital banking products or services.
- Perform research and analysis on competitive and industry issues, trends and capabilities to proactively drive innovative product enhancements.
- Gather and analyze feedback in support of continuous improvement to our member experience
- Ensure effective internal and external communication with all stakeholders regarding product development process
- Leverage data and analytics to report on KPIs that demonstrate member feature use, adoption or KPIs related to the health of the platform or services used in the platform.
- Responsible for managing the platform budget
- Leads vendor management of associated vendors and leverages agreements to get the best value for the company, including holding vendors accountable to delivering within SLAs and contracts.
- Manage and support special projects that arise
- Demonstrates understanding of ACU’s commitment to values-based banking, respectful workplace and diversity and inclusion

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience**

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Finance, Marketing or a related field plus 8 or more years of relevant experience in business analysis and strategy, product management or management consulting. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

**Additional Requirements**
- Strong technical foundation including experience in financial services and/or technology
- Previous experience with technology teams in Scrum or other agile environments
- Analytical skillset with the ability to analyze data and use it to recommend solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and build relationships
- Previous experience in a client-facing environment or a FinTech considered an asset
- Goal driven, focused, independent, with a "can-do" attitude
